About The Position

Regal Boats is seeking a dynamic Panel and Harness Technician to contribute to the success of our projects. Technicians are responsible for setting up boat-specific harnesses, following precise instructions, and ensuring quality in our assembly department.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in harness setup, cutting, crimping, and connector configurations.
• Basic understanding of wire color codes and battery cable manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a team and meet production goals.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical Certification(s) and/or technical degree(s).
• Familiarity with digital switching and industry trends.
• Experience in customizing harnesses for different boat types.

Responsibilities

• Set up boat model-specific harnesses following detailed instructions.
• Use formulas for precise builds.
• Handle cutting, crimping, and connector configurations.
• Differentiate wire colors for lighting, pumps, AC, and DC management.
• Manufacture battery cables in-house, adhering to predefined formulas.
• Collaborate with dedicated teams for different boat types.
• Meet production metrics based on boat complexity and type.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.75
