About The Position

This role involves building and wiring electrical components, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings and schematics. The technician will perform in-process quality checks, work with hand and power tools to complete assemblies, and collaborate with peers to diagnose and correct issues. Maintaining an orderly workstation, documenting build steps, and participating in training are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hands-on background in electrical assembly or a closely related trade preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to instructions and specs.
  • Facility with hand tools, power tools, and basic measurement instruments.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Clear communication and a positive, solutions-first mindset.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to new processes and technologies.
