About The Position

Lionshead Precision Metals is seeking a qualified candidate to operate Salvagnini CNC panel-bending equipment. This position is hourly and the rate is based on experience. The night shift runs Monday to Thursday from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, with potential overtime on Fridays depending on workload. Requirements

Set up and operate Salvagnini CNC panel-bending equipment.
Select and load the correct programs based on job requirements.
Edit machine programs and bending parameters as needed to meet blueprint specifications.
Load and position sheet metal components properly and safely.
Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, work instructions, and job travelers.
Produce parts with multiple accurate bends while maintaining production efficiency.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Measure completed parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other measuring equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot issues involving programs, material placement, bend angles, and part quality.
Make appropriate machine adjustments to maintain conformance to specifications.
Monitor material quality and notify leadership of defects or production concerns.
Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
Follow all company safety procedures and machine-specific safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
