About The Position

Lionshead Precision Metals is seeking a qualified candidate to operate Salvagnini CNC panel-bending equipment. This position is hourly and the rate is based on experience. The night shift runs Monday to Thursday from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, with potential overtime on Fridays depending on workload. Requirements

  • Set up and operate Salvagnini CNC panel-bending equipment.
  • Select and load the correct programs based on job requirements.
  • Edit machine programs and bending parameters as needed to meet blueprint specifications.
  • Load and position sheet metal components properly and safely.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, work instructions, and job travelers.
  • Produce parts with multiple accurate bends while maintaining production efficiency.
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections.
  • Measure completed parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other measuring equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues involving programs, material placement, bend angles, and part quality.
  • Make appropriate machine adjustments to maintain conformance to specifications.
  • Monitor material quality and notify leadership of defects or production concerns.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and machine-specific safety requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
