About The Position

Koch Finishing Systems is hiring full-time Production Team Members for thermal and acoustic panel assembly at its Evansville, Indiana facility. The position is on the day shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional overtime as production needs require. Training is provided. The role involves assembling and packaging panels and doors, installing windows into panels, operating production and material-handling equipment, and following sketches and drawings. The starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits. Team members may have opportunities over time to move into lead, quality, or maintenance roles.

Requirements

• Dependable, hands-on team player.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material-handling operations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using basic hand tools and saws.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment.

Responsibilities
