About The Position
Koch Finishing Systems is hiring full-time Production Team Members for thermal and acoustic panel assembly at its Evansville, Indiana facility. This is a day-shift role, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional overtime as production needs require. Training is provided. The position offers a starting wage of $19.00 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits. Team members may have opportunities over time to grow into lead, quality, or maintenance roles.
Requirements
- Dependable, hands-on team player.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work safely.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using basic hand tools and saws.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or factory work.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package panels and doors.
- Install windows into panels.
- Operate saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes; training is provided.
- Follow sketches and drawings to complete work.
- Work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material-handling operations.
- Meet deadlines and follow directions.
