Panel Assembler - Sterling, MA
About The Position
Westaff is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Panel Assembler in Sterling, Massachusetts. The position is responsible for assembling panels and subassemblies, including wiring, cable preparation, and soldering. The assembler reads work instructions, drawings, and schematics; uses hand tools and basic testing equipment; inspects finished products for quality; maintains accurate production records; and follows safety and quality procedures. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay rate is $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The role is offered with immediate start and temp-to-hire opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
