Requirements

Valid California Electrician Certification (Journeyman or higher preferred)
2+ years of experience in panel upgrades and/or EV charger installations
Strong knowledge of NEC codes and California electrical regulations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field

Nice To Haves

Experience with major EV charging brands (ChargePoint, Tesla, Enel X, etc.)

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, and replace residential and commercial electrical panels to code
Install Level 2 and Level 3 EV charging stations for residential and commercial clients
Perform load calculations and electrical system assessments prior to panel upgrades
Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and safety standards
Coordinate with inspectors and obtain necessary permits for installations
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues related to panels and EV charging systems
Communicate clearly with customers regarding project scope, timelines, and recommendations
