At Surya, Panchakarma is the deepest thing we do. It's a fully transformative, 3-28 Day Ayurvedic cleanse and rejuvenation program (most commonly 7 days). This is the real deal, and for the guests who experience it, it’s often, in fact, it’s usually life-changing. We're looking for someone to own that experience end-to-end. This involves three aspects: First, you create bookings. Some guests are already in our world — Surya guests who've had a treatment and are curious about going deeper; past PK clients ready to return; or people who've heard about PK from a friend. Some are newer — inquiries from the website, from press, from Instagram. Some involve outreach. Your job is to be the person who takes a potential guest’s curiosity and turns it into a booking, with genuine warmth and knowledge, and with an understanding of its value, rather than a sales pitch. People don't book PK because someone convinced them. They book it because someone helped them understand what it can do for them. Second, you offer and build the experience. A Panchakarma Retreat is the even more immersive version of PK, which, on its own, is already 4 hours a day. The Retreat adds yoga, breathwork, sound baths, cooking classes, oil-making classes, meditation, etc. You'll be the one often offering this greater experience, coordinating the additional practitioners and the guest, and helping each guest have the most transformative experience they can. Third, you're absolutely there for the guests. Before, during, and after. You're the person a guest talks to when they're unsure about the home prep. You're the one who checks in on Day 3 when the cleanse gets emotional. You're the one who calls a week and a month later to see how they're carrying it forward. PK asks a lot. Having someone who genuinely holds guests is vital, beautiful, and valuable.
