Requirements
- Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license.
- Successful candidate must have completed an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program, as well as a fellowship in Critical Care or Palliative Care.
- Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible in Critical Care or Palliative Medicine.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatrics-trained physician is a plus!
