About You In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. Requirements

  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience.
  • Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

Nice To Haves

  • One year manufacturing/ industrial experience or equivalent
  • Military education/training
  • Forklift experience

Responsibilities

  • Monitor palletizer equipment during operation to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient performance
  • Keep palletizers running by responding to minor stops, jams, or misfeeds
  • Assist with equipment set‑ups and changeovers according to production schedules
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments (e.g., clearing jams, resetting equipment, adjusting guides)
  • Engage in activities that support normal operation conditions (e.g., centerlining checks, rounds, standard work)
  • Load pallets, slip sheets, and other materials as required for production runs
  • Conduct routine checks to verify pallet patterns, stack quality, and product stability
  • Communicate equipment issues or repeated stoppages to leads, maintenance, or supervisors
  • Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all time
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area around palletizing equipment
