About The Position

Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. The Pallet Wash role is responsible for removing dirt, debris, and contaminants from pallets through various methods while maintaining standards for safety, security, and productivity. This is an indoor, steady, year-round position.

Requirements

Ability to lift and move 50-60 pounds repetitively.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours straight, four times in an 8-hour day).
Able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch frequently.
Able to use hands and feet simultaneously and perform repetitive movements.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Responsibilities

Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants from pallets using various methods.
Comply with all safety procedures at all times while performing job duties using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Utilize appropriate tools to include pressure sprayers, brushes, and hand tools for cleaning pallets.
Visually inspect pallets and determine rework needed to be put back in production.
Communicate with Shift Lead and site management consistently for guidance and priorities.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Follow the inspection process.
Work at a steady, fast pace.
