About The Position

ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC is hiring dependable Pallet and Recycling Specialists to work at a customer’s warehouse facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. The role involves lifting, moving, and stacking pallets; removing and discarding plastic and trash; and transferring loads to the recycling area with a pallet jack. Work takes place inside the warehouse, in tractor trailers, and on outside grounds. Candidates must be able to work independently or as part of a team and be physically capable of performing the duties, including standing for the entire shift and lifting overhead. Some pallets can be heavy. Other duties may be assigned. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and pays $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay and access to benefits. Requirements

• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Physically capable of completing the job duties.
• Able to remain on their feet for the entire shift.
• Able to lift overhead; some pallets can be heavy.

Responsibilities

• Lift, move, and stack pallets.
• Remove pallets from large trailers.
• Remove and discard plastic and trash from pallets.
• Stack pallets neatly.
• Use a pallet jack to transfer loads to the recycling area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
