About The Position

This role is for a Data Engineer focused on providing operational support for key projects that have moved into production, including Prospector Pro, C360 for CSMs, C360 for Agents, C360 for Executives, and DataSphere. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of these systems post-deployment, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. There is a requirement for the ability to hire after the contract period. Additionally, when bandwidth allows, the role includes providing support for the AI Agent Foundry initiative, contributing to the development and maintenance of AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to address support issues in real-time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to New Data Ingestion, UI/UX Changes, Data Quality and Integrity, and Adhoc Business Requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Campaign Lifecycle Management Team, Customer Success Managers, Officer Support Teams, and data teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Document each issue including the solution to contribute to knowledge base.
• Provide support for the AI Agent Foundry initiative when bandwidth allows.
