About The Position

Perform implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance, and support for Agile software development to modernize systems. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development
3+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry to build, enhance, or deploy data-driven solutions
Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or 7+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Experience working in mission-oriented analytics or logistics-based data environments
Experience with data modeling, ontology mapping, or data visualization in Foundry
Experience with AI or ML model integration such as integrating with Foundry applications
Experience building React applications
Experience with UI/UX design
Experience with Navy readiness and resource management
Experience as a development manager or with technical team leadership
Knowledge of Foundry security models, access control, and compliance frameworks

Responsibilities
