About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Palantir Developer with strong expertise in Python and TypeScript to support data engineering, analytics, and application development on the Palantir Foundry platform. The role involves building data pipelines, developing analytical workflows, implementing business logic, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong Python programming (data manipulation, API development, advanced libraries).
  • Strong TypeScript knowledge and hands-on experience building front-end apps.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry (must have exposure to at least 2 areas: Foundry pipelines, Ontology, Code Repos, Applications).
  • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize Foundry pipelines, including Code Repositories, Contour, Workshop, and Ontology layers.
  • Build modular, reusable components for data transformations and feature engineering.
  • Implement business logic, entity modeling, and data lineage within Foundry.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for data processing, ETL/ELT workflows, and ML feature pipelines (if applicable).
  • Integrate Python-based transformations into Palantir Foundry workflows.
  • Build APIs and server‑side logic where required.
  • Develop UI components, dashboards, or micro‑applications within Foundry using TypeScript and React (if using Palantir's UI frameworks).
  • Ensure responsive, user-friendly interactions aligned with business use cases.
  • Work with large-scale datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transformation quality.
  • Understand and implement best practices in data modeling & ontology design.
