About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join their team. As a Mid-Level PDR Technician, you will be responsible for accessing panels, utilizing glue-pulling techniques, and repairing dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. This role is with Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer known for its innovative approach to car sales and its commitment to quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
