About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join their team. This role involves using advanced techniques to repair dents, creases, and body lines on various vehicle panels. The position is based in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, where technicians will utilize state-of-the-art tools. Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and offers a competitive wage and benefits package. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with glue-pulling techniques.
• Experience with hail repair.
• Experience repairing creases and body lines.
• Experience repairing larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
