About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join their team. As an Experienced PDR Technician, you will be responsible for using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repairing creases and body lines, and repairing larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. At Carvana, you will have access to state-of-the-art tools in high-tech Inspection Centers. The company offers training programs for entry-level positions to ensure skill and pay progression. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
