About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join their team. The role involves using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and repairing creases, body lines, and larger dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Technicians will work in high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools. The company offers training programs for skill and pay progression. Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
