About The Position

We are looking for experienced paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians to join our team at Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer. In this role, you will utilize advanced techniques to repair dents, creases, and body lines on various vehicle panels, including steel and aluminum. You will work in high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced glue-pulling techniques for PDR.
• Perform hail repair.
• Repair creases and body lines.
• Repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
