About The Position

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role offers comprehensive paid training, uncapped earning potential, and opportunities for career advancement. The compensation structure includes training at an hourly rate, followed by a phased combo of hourly rate and commission as you build your customer base. Long-term earning potential is estimated between $60,000-$150,000+ annually.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process on various vehicles.
Review completed work with customers.
Walk lots.
Write work orders.
Negotiate approvals.
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
