About The Position
Omega Paint and Body, a division of Nelson Mazda and Nelson Nissan, is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join their team. This role is crucial for customer care, serving a large customer base in Tulsa with over 60 years of automotive history. The company boasts state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, with an endless supply of work due to serving two high-volume dealerships. This position offers security and high earning potential, with the expectation of earning $100K+ in the first year and potentially $150K in the second year and beyond. The PDR Technician will handle high-volume work for Nelson Mazda Tulsa and Nelson Nissan, which retail over 4000 pre-owned cars annually, ensuring a consistent flow of vehicles requiring PDR services.
Requirements
- Previous PDR experience is a must.
- Ability to handle high volume work.
- Must have spent at least the past 12 months in the PDR field.
- Great attitude, work ethic, and dependability.
- Great communication skills.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, and squat.
- Ability to use computers with basic data entry skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on a high volume of vehicles.
- Handle PDR for two high-volume franchise dealerships.
- Interact with Nelson Mazda and Nelson Nissan staff members.
- Communicate with paint and supply vendors.
- Perform basic data entry using computers.
