Paintless Dent Repair Tech (PDR)
About The Position
Omega Paint and Body, a division of Nelson Mazda and Nelson Nissan, is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction within the Nelson Automotive Group, which retails over 6000 vehicles annually in Tulsa. The company boasts state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, and offers an endless supply of work due to serving two high-volume franchise dealerships. This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential, expected to be $100K+ in the first year and $150K+ in subsequent years.
Requirements
- Previous PDR experience is a must.
- Ability to handle high volume PDR work.
- Must have spent at least the past 12 months in the PDR field.
- Great attitude, work ethic, and dependability.
- Great communication skills.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, and squat.
- Ability to use computers with basic data entry skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on a high volume of vehicles.
- Handle PDR for two high-volume franchise dealers (Nelson Mazda Tulsa and Nelson Nissan).
- Interact with Nelson Mazda and Nelson Nissan staff members.
- Communicate with paint and supply vendors.
- Perform basic data entry using computers.
