About The Position

Perform cleaning, prep, and paint services on modular containers in the yard. This role requires working outdoors in variable weather conditions, including high temperatures during summer months. The technician must be able to work independently, take initiative when direct supervision is not constant, and ensure all assets leaving the yard are prepared and quality-checked. Adherence to company safety guidelines and active participation in safety meetings and initiatives are crucial. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

2-3 years experience in a construction or maintenance environment
Prior experience with painting (including caulking, taping, etc)
Basic computer & phone skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong communication skills
Be able to work independently and in a safe and proper manner.
High-energy, can-do, get-results person with high integrity.
Valid Driver's License
Manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the day
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold or lift a variety of objects
Able to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and other manual labor activities

Nice To Haves

Experience repairing containers, van trailers, or metal waste bins
Painting experience
Welding experience

Responsibilities
