Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field.
Proficiency in various painting techniques (spraying, brushing, rolling) and familiarity with different coating types (e-coat, powder coat, liquid paint).
Strong attention to detail to ensure flawless application and consistent quality.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions.
Knowledge of safety practices and protective equipment used in industrial painting.
Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team including lab technicians, process managers, and sales staff.

Nice To Haves

Certification in industrial painting or coatings application.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, dirt, oil, or old paint through sanding, washing, or chemical treatments.
Apply coatings such as e-coat, liquid paint, and powder coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even and smooth finishes.
Conduct rigorous inspection and testing of coated products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and durability.
Maintain painting equipment and booths, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including coating types, quantities, and lot numbers.
Adhere to environmental regulations and safety guidelines to minimize VOC emissions and ensure a safe working environment.
