Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment)
- Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process
- Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)

Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading parts on the paint conveyance system
- Inspection of parts
- Burn off oven and sanding table operation
- Movement of material in and out of the area
- Properly maintain system settings and equipment for areas assigned
- Able to properly inspect, load and unload the paint system
- Able to properly prepare parts for the paint system (sanding, plugging, eye bolts, etc)
- Able to load, unload and operate the burn-off oven
- Understand and follow the work instructions and quality standards for the department
- Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs)
- Is committed to a continuous self-development plan
- Supports team and cross functional activities
- Competent use of the 9 Step Problem Solving Process
- Pursues process improvements
- Certifies others to standard work
- Sets-up processes without assistance
- Works to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost
