We are seeking skilled and professional Subcontractor Painters to handle various painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Subcontractor Painter, you will work closely with our team to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standard, ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio of previous work.
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques and products.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must have own transportation and painting equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Flexibility to work various schedules and travel to different job sites.
Responsibilities
- Prep work including cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces.
- Applying paint, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with attention to detail.
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Following all safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Communicating effectively with the team and clients as needed.
