About The Position

Join Our Team as a Precision Powder Painter on 2nd shift or ask about our amazing Weekend shift !! Love seeing a project come together with a flawless finish? So do we. We are looking for a detail-oriented Painter to join our production finish team. If you take pride in "defect-free" craftsmanship and enjoy a workspace where quality and safety are the top priorities, you’ll fit right in. In this role, you aren't just spraying parts—you are the final touch that ensures our products are durable, beautiful, and ready for the world. Your day-to-day will include: Mastering Safety: Be proficient in the safe operation of painting equipment. Mastering the Finish: Applying high-quality powder and/or wet spray coatings with precision. Keeping Things Moving: Managing the paint line, loading/unloading parts, and making real-time adjustments to keep our workflow smooth. Quality First: Inspecting finished pieces against engineering drawings to ensure every part is perfect before it leaves your station. Total Care: Handling equipment maintenance and performing thorough color changes to keep our operations clean and efficient. Collaboration: Working with the team to interpret work orders and safely move materials using overhead cranes and rigging. We value the people who make our products look great. Requirements

  • A proven ability to follow technical specs and a commitment to "zero-defect" delivery.
  • A team player who values safety and shows up ready to contribute.
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • The ability to pass a standard vision test (corrective lenses are fine!)
  • The physical aptitude to handle the demands of the shop floor.
  • Comfortable reading instructions and chatting with the team to solve problems and share ideas.
