About The Position

Family of Kidz is seeking a reliable and experienced Painter / Patcher to support maintenance and upkeep across multiple sites in Nassau and Suffolk County. This part-time evening role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Prior experience in painting and patching
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor and reliability

Responsibilities

• Perform interior painting, patching, and surface preparation
• Repair holes, cracks, and wall damage (spackle, sanding, priming)
• Touch-up painting and full-room repainting as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Travel between multiple Long Island sites as assigned
• Communicate job status and completion to facilities leadership
