Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must meet all physical requirements.

Responsibilities

Paint interiors and exteriors of the apartment community and vacant apartments.
Ensure service requests are completed timely and in accordance with company standards.
Assist in preparing vacant units for rent ready conditions.
Make drywall repairs when necessary.
Maintain the required uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Provide highest quality of customer service to residents and guests.
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all supplier partners, residents, and employees.
Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and state and federal laws regarding fair housing, OSHA, and ADA.
Operate within safety policies at all times.
Performs other tasks as assigned by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
