Requirements

• Proven experience as a painter or resurfacer in residential or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Responsibilities

• In the field daily with 4 or more repairs
• Prepare surfaces for painting.
• Apply paint and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status.
