About The Position

ALL Crane Service / TRY Auto Sales in Brook Park, Ohio, is hiring a Painter to work on various construction-related equipment in a body shop environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package. The position offers a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment. The Painter prepares equipment, products, and assemblies for painting; primes, paints, and sandblasts materials; and assembles and inspects products to ensure they meet company quality standards. The role also requires maintaining compliance with safety requirements and applicable regulations, and performing other duties around the shop and yard as needed. The work involves using and lifting fully loaded spray guns, working with spray paints while using a respirator or fresh-air system, and accessing different areas of heavy construction equipment. Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds. The schedule is 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.

Requirements

Knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures in painting operations; willingness to train and mentor.
Ability to use and lift fully loaded spray guns.
Ability to work with or around spray paints while using a respirator or fresh-air system.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl on heavy construction equipment to access different areas.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
