About The Position
The ideal candidate will work directly with the Maintenance Director to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Ensure that the community maintains compliance to Life Safety requirements providing a safe environment for our residents, family members and team members. Knowledge of general labor, repair, painting, and facility maintenance practices.
