About The Position
Join our maintenance team as a Painter, delivering responsive and accurate painting services for resident apartments and common areas, including interior and exterior maintenance, to enhance our community's beauty and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential painting and wallcovering in a residential setting
- Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential painting and wallcovering techniques
- Proficient in using power tools and painting equipment
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Perform residential painting/wallcovering in occupied and vacated apartments
- Maintain existing paint/wallcoverings in high traffic common areas
- Perform drywall repairs
- Prepare written communications as required to request painting/wallcovering materials and supplies and to report on the completion of each work order
- Create and close work orders on work order system
