About The Position
The Painter is required to maintain the internal areas of the building without neglecting the external parts being part of the Maintenance Team. Requirements
- Minimum One (1) year of working in grounds maintenance or janitorial work.
- Must have the ability to react to and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean, and orderly. Complete all required forms and work orders.
- Routinely inspect common areas to ensure they are kept clean and in an aesthetically pleasing condition.
- Maintain assigned equipment in good working order.
- Report all maintenance items including but not limited to burned out lights, leaks, broken equipment to the Building Maintenance Department.
- Observe necessary precautions to protect residents, guests, and property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
