Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of prepping, painting, and tinting of colors.
Knowledge of using a paint mixing system.
Responsible, trustworthy, team player.
High degree of problem-solving skill.

Ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful, mature.
Well organized.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Painting, prepping, and repairing RVs of all makes and models.
Assisting with repairs on RVs.
Managing daily time and ensuring quality of work.
Using proper tools to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
Arriving to work on time and collaborating with co-workers.
Painting RVs for internal inventory for the sales department, as well as for outside insurance and customer pay.
Ensuring all paint work is performed correctly.
Effectively utilizing a paint mixing station.
Tinting colors for color matching.
Problem-solving and making decisions that benefit both the company and the customer.
Complying with all safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
Assuming other responsibilities as directed.
