About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Painters for projects located in or around Stoughton, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. The scope of work involves completing painting projects throughout five Wisconsin facilities, using an airless sprayer to paint interior walls, applying acrylic and dryfall paint, painting safety and forklift lines on floors, painting parking lot lines outdoors, and painting manufacturing equipment, offices, dumpsters, and other facility assets. The role requires travel between facilities based on production schedules and the ability to work independently or as part of a small crew.

Requirements

Must have experience using airless sprayers
Must be comfortable traveling between multiple facilities
Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
Must be able to work from scissor lifts and ladders as required
Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and spirometry test prior to performing spray painting
Must be flexible and able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

Work alongside the facilities team to complete painting projects throughout five Wisconsin facilities
Use an airless sprayer to paint interior walls
Apply acrylic paint and dryfall paint as required
Paint safety and forklift lines on floors
Paint parking lot lines outdoors
Paint manufacturing equipment, offices, dumpsters, and other facility assets
