The duties of this position will include but not limited to painting all types of oil & gas equipment (tanks, frames, metal structures, equipment, pumps, etc.) using pneumatic paint/spray gun (some equipment/metal will require brushing, but the majority will be with a paint/spray gun). This will include metal preparation, taping off, etc.
Requirements
- Able to work rotational schedules including OT, weekends, nights and holidays
- Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. and working outside in variable weather conditions
- Able to successfully complete all required pre-hire tests and verifications to include pre-employment drug testing, criminal background check and MVR review.
- Previous oilfield experience
- Forklift operator experience
- Ability to continuously stand & walk
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Frequently push & pull
- Occasionally bend & stoop
- Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs
- Working outside in variable weather conditions to include heat, humidity, cold & wind.
