This position focuses on light painting work following flooring installations, primarily trim touch-ups such as baseboards, quarter round, and transitions. The quality of your work helps leave a lasting impression on our customers. We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.
Requirements
- Experience with residential painting, especially trim and detail work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, precise finishes
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable working in occupied homes
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Perform light finish painting including baseboards, quarter round, and trim touch-ups
- Match existing paint colors and finishes as closely as possible
- Maintain clean, organized tools and a safe work environment
- Review scope of work prior to arrival and execute with attention to detail
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure high-quality standards are met on every job
- Leave the job site clean and customer-ready
