About The Position
As a representative for our company, you will be precise and detail oriented in your work with a professional and customer oriented attitude. Responsible for mixing, matching and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups and helping to coordinate large painting projects.
Requirements
- Have basic painting tools
- Works well with others and follows guidelines
- Provide proof of work status eligibility
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Professional, precise and detail oriented
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Journeyman Painters - Minimum 3+ years experience
Responsibilities
- Preparation of surfaces to receive paint and other finishes and treatments
- Interior and exterior wall painting and repair
- Door and window frame painting
- Wall paper removal and wall board repair
- Tape and mud drywall
- Match paint and texture
- Wood deck and furniture refinishing, painting and staining
- Ceiling grid and tile painting
- Epoxy painting
- Building paint log set up
- Clean room painting
- Able to patch and sand in a timely and efficient manner
- Some knowledge or ability to learn brushing, rolling, taping and topping
- Able to safely use powered equipment such as paint sprayers and power washers
- Able and willing to clean all equipment to include brushes, rollers, spray rigs, cup guns, texturing hoppers
- Strong customer service skills
