About The Position

Eden Park Apartments is hiring an experienced Apartment Painter to join our Apartment Maintenance Team in Brooklyn Park, MN. The Apartment Painter plays an important role in preparing apartment homes for new residents while helping maintain the overall appearance of our community.

Requirements

6+ months of professional painting experience
Experience painting apartments, residential homes, or commercial properties
Drywall repair and surface preparation experience
Basic carpentry skills
Basic electrical knowledge (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors
Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM

Nice To Haves

Bathtub or tile resurfacing experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Interior and exterior painting
Apartment make-readies and unit turns
Drywall repair, patching, sanding, texturing, and surface preparation
Wood staining, trim work, and touch-up painting
Minor carpentry repairs
Remove and reinstall outlet covers, light fixtures, and hardware
Caulking and final cleanup
Maintain paint inventory and supplies
Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to meet move-in deadlines

$18.00–$22.00 per hour DOE
Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
