Join our maintenance team as a Painter, delivering responsive and accurate painting services for resident apartments and common areas, including interior and exterior maintenance, to enhance our community's beauty and resident satisfaction. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential painting and wallcovering in a residential setting
Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential painting and wallcovering techniques
Proficient in using power tools and painting equipment
Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Perform residential painting/wallcovering in occupied and vacated apartments
Maintain existing paint/wallcoverings in high traffic common areas
Perform drywall repairs
Prepare written communications as required to request painting/wallcovering materials and supplies and to report on the completion of each work order
Create and close work orders on work order system
