About The Position

The Painter operates a forklift, highreach, or platform lift to paint in high areas such as baghouses and roofs. The role involves working with various ladder sizes and painting diverse items including Roll Block walls, drywall, new and old buildings, doors, and molding. Sanding of woodwork is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the painter may be involved in wallpaper hanging, window repairs, and working with sandblasting equipment and racks. The position requires maintaining regular attendance, the ability to work mandatory overtime, and performing other duties as requested by management. The role is responsible for producing a high-quality product and adhering to proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices. These tasks are considered essential elements of the job.

Requirements

Able to work in high areas.
Able or willing to use and operate platform lifts, high reach, build scaffolding, and ladders.
Be a team player.
Follow EPM's H&S requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift, highreach, or platform lift to paint in high areas.
Work with many different ladder sizes.
Paint various items including Roll Block walls, drywall, new and old buildings, doors, and molding.
Perform sanding of woodwork.
Potentially be involved in wallpaper hanging and window repairs.
Work with sandblasting equipment and racks.
Maintain regular attendance.
Work mandatory overtime.
Perform other duties as requested by Management.
Produce a high-quality product.
Practice proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety.
