About The Position

The Painter will perform painting and prep tasks, including patching holes, hanging/patching drywall, sanding down rough surfaces, and setting up scaffolding. This role involves applying various paint finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers. The Painter will also prepare, clean, patch, and tape drywall and masonry surfaces, and remove old paint coating as necessary. Additionally, the role includes mixing colors or oils to obtain desired color consistency, moving necessary materials and tools around the jobsite, and cleaning up worksite debris upon project completion. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience painting in the Commercial Facilities/Operation and Maintenance Arena.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
A valid driver’s license.
Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings and guidelines.
Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.

Nice To Haves

Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance preferred.
