About The Position

Paint Support is expected to safely perform all aspects of support for paint operations. This role operates on a weekend shift, Saturday-Monday, from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.85/hour plus a $3.00 premium shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
• The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
• On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
• The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds.
• Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company/site safety rules.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies.
• Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line.
• Knowledge and understanding of the impacts of quality.
• Additional duties as assigned.
