Requirements

• Proven experience in painting within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle tools such as spray guns, brushes, and table saws safely and effectively.
• Ability to work in a paint booth for extended periods of time
• Ability to wear a respirator, powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) for extended periods of time, with medical clearance
• Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Valid work authorization to be employed in the United States.
• painting, manual dexterity, and depth perception are essential for accurately applying coatings and ensuring smooth, even finishes on various surfaces.
• Proficiency with metal finishing allows the painter to prepare and repair surfaces effectively before painting, which is critical for achieving a professional result.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
