About The Position
Client of ours located in Franksville is looking for a Laborer for the production of fiberglass products. This is a temp to hire position. The role involves various tasks in the manufacturing of fiberglass products, including material preparation, lay-ups, resin mixing, grinding, cutting, mold preparation, and occasional product deliveries. The position offers first and second shifts with a pay rate of $11-13/hr depending on experience.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver license is required.
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
- Solid work history with proven reliability.
- Drug screening and criminal background check upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Fiberglass experience desired but not required.
Responsibilities
- Roll and squeegee wetted material to remove entrapped air.
- Fiberglass lay-ups.
- Select precut or cut own fiberglass used in manufacturing product.
- Mix resins and gel coats.
- Grinding and cutting.
- Inspect, clean, and assemble molds.
- Occasional short distance product deliveries with personal vehicle.
- Other general labor tasks as assigned.
