About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years painting experience (residential and/or commercial) is required.
- Some Maintenance experience.
- Attention to details and ability to work at a fast pace.
Responsibilities
- Assist with painting and drywall needs
- Preparation procedures including sanding, caulking, and sealing
- Ensure safety and satisfaction of staff and residents
- Ensure quality and timeliness of completed work
