Requirements

Minimum of 3 years painting experience (residential and/or commercial) is required.
Some Maintenance experience.
Attention to details and ability to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

Assist with painting and drywall needs
Preparation procedures including sanding, caulking, and sealing
Ensure safety and satisfaction of staff and residents
Ensure quality and timeliness of completed work
