About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team! This position is responsible for performing high-quality painting work including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, crown molding, exterior lanais, and other assigned areas while ensuring all work meets or exceeds high-end construction standards. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing surfaces through sanding, caulking, cleaning, and minor drywall repairs to achieve a professional finish. Responsibilities also include completing projects within scheduled timeframes, identifying and correcting workmanship issues, and working collaboratively with team members, subcontractors, and residents in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess knowledge of painting materials, coatings, tools, and equipment maintenance, along with strong communication and customer service skills. A minimum of 2 years of residential or commercial painting experience is required, including experience working in occupied buildings and residences; experience working with senior populations is preferred. The role requires the ability to work from ladders, swing stages, or aerial lifts, carry materials up stairs, and perform physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods in environments where dust, heat, and noise may be present.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of residential or commercial painting experience.
• Experience working in occupied buildings and residences.
• Ability to work from ladders, swing stages, or aerial lifts.
• Ability to carry materials up stairs.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
